Embodied Heart is seeking BCBAs specializing in play-based ABA for our Child Development Center.
Qualifications
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Indiana Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) or certification and licensure eligible
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Willing to conduct functional behavior assessments and design intervention plans with a play based ABA approach
- Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and valid driver's licence
- Experience working with families of children, teens, and young adults with autism and other developmental and behavioral challenges
- Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments utilizing integrative electronic records and program management tools and evaluation tools
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the child and family
- Train and supervise ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians in a team based model designed to keep morale and motivation high
- Train parents, caregivers and ABA technicians who implement plans with children and families on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and our unique play based ABA approach
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
